Our Policy for the
cancellation and refund will be as follows :
Cancellation Policy
No Cancellation will be entertained once the preparation of the order starts. Also the customer cannot decline to
accept the order from the delivery boy if done so, the customer is liable to pay food costs and delivery charges as
compensation.
Refund Policy
We will try our best to create the suitable customer experience for our customer.
In case the order/food item got damaged or missing or any customer is not completely satisfied, we
can provide a refund , provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
If paid by Cash on delivery, refunds will be issued via UPI or Bank transfer and in case of payment gateway
payments refund will be made to the same account.
